Mint a House with SPY. The SPY doesn't go to us — it goes into your House's own wallet, the moment it's minted. Then the token's trading fees, paid in SPY, keep filling every House.
The desk
555 Houses on one street. Each one is a wallet with SPY inside. Numbers below are read from the chain.
100% of the mint price is deposited into the wallet of the House you mint. The desk keeps nothing at mint. Open the card's wallet on Blockscout: the SPY is there.
01$HOUSE trades on Pons paired against SPY, with a 3% creator fee. That fee arrives in SPY at the treasury and is paid to every House in equal-share epochs. Not a yield — a payout when there is one.
02The wallet is an ERC-6551 account: whoever holds the House controls it — the SPY inside, and everything sent to it later. Empty it before you sell, or sell it full.
03One card, one wallet.
SPY is a Robinhood Stock Token (an ERC-20 on Robinhood Chain). Withdraw it from the Robinhood app to your own wallet, or buy it on chain.
Approve, then mint. In the same transaction the contract opens the House's wallet and moves your SPY into it. Nothing burned, nothing collected.
Every trade of $HOUSE pays 3% in SPY to the treasury. Anyone can trigger an epoch: the balance is split equally between all Houses and sent to their wallets.
Paired with SPY on Pons
The token buys nothing at the mint. It is the fee engine: 3% of every trade, in SPY, to the Houses.
$HOUSE is not launched yet. It launches on Pons paired against SPY, and the contract address is announced on X and printed at the top of every page here — the same minute. Nothing else is official.
No presale, no allowlist, no DMs. Anyone selling you "$HOUSE" before this line changes is selling you air.

Questions at the window
An ERC-721 token — one of 555 pixel Houses — with a dedicated on-chain wallet attached to it. At mint, the SPY you pay is moved into that wallet. The card is the key to the wallet.
Into the wallet of the House you mint — not to the desk, not to a pool. You can look it up on Blockscout, and move it out from the card's wallet whenever you want (the House keeps existing, just emptier).
SPY is a Robinhood Stock Token, an ERC-20 issued by Robinhood on its own chain. Robinhood app users (outside the US) can withdraw Stock Tokens to a wallet; on-chain routes exist too. You need it in the wallet you mint with, plus a little ETH for gas.
$HOUSE is the fee engine. It trades on Pons paired against SPY, with a 3% creator fee paid in SPY to the treasury contract. Epochs split that SPY equally between all minted Houses. The token doesn't buy the mint and isn't needed to hold a House.
No. It's a distribution that happens when the treasury holds something and someone triggers an epoch. Nothing recurring is promised, no APR exists. Read the treasury on Blockscout; it is the only source of truth.
Up to 22 reserve mints, capped in the contract, for giveaways and collabs. Everything else pays the price into its own wallet. The desk cannot change the payment token after the first paid mint, cannot mint above 555, and cannot renounce ownership by accident.
The wallet goes with it — including the SPY inside and whatever epochs added. Empty it first if you don't mean to sell it full. The contract refuses one thing only: a House being sent to its own wallet.
Stocks House is infrastructure, not a promise. Nothing on this page is financial advice; nothing guarantees returns; tokens and markets carry risk. SPY here is a Robinhood Stock Token — an ERC-20 issued by Robinhood entities that tracks the price of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF; the desk holds and forwards it, that is all — and it is not offered to US persons. Distributions happen when the treasury has something to distribute and someone clicks.
